From a conversation about technology to a new business.
Tell me about your business as it is, without translating it into technical terms. I handle the technical side, drawing on experience in both management and engineering. From the idea stage, we work out together what technology can do, what value it can create, and whether the idea can stand as a business, and then I build the first working version.
Early, unfinished ideas are welcome. The first meeting is free, and you'll be talking with me from the start.
When to call
When you want to talk about technology in business terms.
Situations I often hear from founders and business leaders about to start something new.
You have an idea, but no sense of whether it's technically feasible
I listen and help you sort out what's possible, what's hard, and what to try first.
A development firm asked you for a specification first
You don't need a specification. I start by hearing what you plan to sell, and we decide together what to build.
There's no one in-house you can trust with technical decisions
I explain technical options in terms of cost, time, and business impact, so you can decide on them as business decisions.
Approach
From the first conversation to a working first version.
The person you talk with is the person who builds it, so what we discuss turns directly into the product, with little rework.
Hear the idea
I start from your business goals and constraints such as budget, team, and deadlines. Together we work out where to begin and how large the development is likely to be.
Narrow down what to build first
Together we define the smallest version that can test the market, and I choose technology that won't need much rebuilding as the business grows.
Build it, then review it together
I handle design through implementation. We decide what comes next while looking at something that works, and I can help set up your in-house development team if needed.
Work I don't take on
I don't take on development-only work against a fixed specification, or on-site and time-and-materials contracts, because this approach starts by deciding together what to build.
Product
I run my own business the same way.
Artifact Share is a service for sharing AI-generated reports and documents through a single URL. From deciding what to build to development and operation, I do it all myself.

Coji Mizoguchi
CEO
More than once, I have seen something we worked hard to build go to waste because the business never took off. Building something good isn't enough. What we build only means something once it works as a business.
So now I talk with business owners before anything is built, work out together whether it can become a business, and then build it myself.
